An engineering project manager is responsible for the direction and management control of the execution of the project. This project manager is mandatory and must be performed by an external entity.
The construction manager, who performs these projects must possess a degree in engineering or architecture according to the type of specialization. On site visits, the construction manager must resolve the unexpected events. Record them into the Order Book and write the specific instructions to follow.
The Technical Assistant or the Project Manager of the project, will be in charge to guarantee the quality of complaints, regulations, control risks and the good execution of the project.

Technical Assistance
